We are small enough that whoever replies is likely the person who built the thing you are writing about. Expect a real answer rather than a ticket number, and expect it to take a few days.
Asking for early access
Signing in with Google is the faster route, and it takes a moment. Writing here will not get you in any sooner, though we will happily read what you have to say.
Never send a password
Not here, not anywhere. We will never ask for one, and no message from us will ever contain a link asking you to sign in.

We would rather hear the hard version.
